These days the focus is also on recalibrating after Pandemic Life (especially those of us with little people at home!) and creating a life that is in alignment with any and all of the ways our values may have shifted since January 2020.
Current Availability
I look forward to learning more about you and your goals. My availability for 1:1 therapy/coaching clients is limited these days (motherhood will do that real quick, right?!) but let’s connect and sort out the details together.
Office Location
I am currently based in Manhattan/Brooklyn but work with clients from Chicago (my old stomping grounds), both coasts, and everywhere in between.
