We all go through periods of lackluster living, stress and anxiety.
The objective is to ensure that those phases don’t become our permanent way of life. Optimal living, optimal love, optimal sex is within our reach.

I am currently based in Manhattan/Brooklyn but work with clients from Chicago (my old stomping grounds), both coasts, and everywhere in between.
